Where can I change or cancel my order?
You can easily manage your bookings, including viewing details and checking their status, directly from your Profile Dashboard.

what if the teacher can not provide seat after online booking?
Once payment for a booking is successfully completed, that amount is generally non-refundable. We encourage you to review all booking details carefully before confirming payment.
Exception for Teacher Cancellation: In the rare event that a teacher cannot provide a seat to a student after a booking has been confirmed and paid for, the booking fee will be returned directly by that tutor to the student. Please note that KwikTuition’s convenience fees from the initial transaction will be excluded from this refund.
